1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Simúlalo (simulalo.app) you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the service. Simúlalo is a project operated by a natural person with general domicile in Mexico; it is not a business entity nor a registered company. The owner's contact information appears in the last section.

2. Description of the service

Simúlalo is a web platform of quick calculators and business simulators designed for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and SMBs. The service includes, among other features:

• Deterministic calculators for finance, operations, pricing, and inventory, with the formula and assumptions in plain view.
• Advanced simulators that model several scenarios (optimistic, base, pessimistic) with KPIs, charts, and alerts.
• An optional AI interpretation feature that analyzes your results and suggests next steps, as well as a monitor panel to track your indicators over time.

3. Account creation

Basic calculators and simulators are available without sign-up. For features that require persistence (monitor, account panel, saving scenarios) you must create an account with your email and a password, or sign in with a compatible external provider. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you register and for keeping your password secret.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and notify us.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account section or by writing to us by email.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Simúlalo to:

• Perform calculations and simulations for your business, your personal projects, or for educational purposes.
• Share links to pages on the site with colleagues, advisors, or students.
• Export screenshots or print the results you yourself generate for legitimate use.

The following is not permitted:

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site or its endpoints at scale.
• Abusing the AI interpretation feature (for example, massive requests that distort its reasonable use) or using it to generate illegal content.
• Reproducing, redistributing, or selling the content, the formulas together with their explanation, or the site's code without authorization.
• Attempting to breach the site's security, access other users' accounts, or violate any law applicable when using the service.

5. Intellectual property

Our content: the design, code, brand, editorial texts, and the specific implementation of each calculator and simulator are the property of Simúlalo. The financial formulas themselves are in the public domain; our implementation, wording, and particular combination are protected by copyright.

Your content: the data you enter into a tool (amounts, assumptions, scenarios) is yours. By using AI interpretation you authorize us to send those parameters to the models described in the Privacy Policy with the sole purpose of generating the analysis you requested.

6. Results and limitation of liability

Simúlalo is a decision-support tool, not professional advice. The calculators and simulators do not replace consultation with an accountant, lawyer, financial advisor, or tax advisor.

• We do not guarantee that results are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your particular situation; they depend on the data and assumptions you enter.
• We are not responsible for the decisions you make based on the results nor for direct or indirect losses that may arise.
• The optional AI interpretation feature may produce approximate analyses or omissions; review them before acting.
• To the extent permitted by law, Simúlalo's total liability for any claim related to the use of the free service is limited to zero.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel an account when we detect a material breach of these terms (for example, automated abuse, fraud, security breach attempts, or unlawful use). When reasonable and prudent, we will attempt to give notice before canceling.

You may close your account at any time from the account section or by writing to us by email. After closure, the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy apply.

8. Changes to the service and to these terms

Simúlalo is evolving. We may modify, add, or remove calculators, simulators, and features at any time. We may also update these terms; when there are relevant changes, we will update the date at the top of the document and, if the change affects your rights, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after publication implies acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any controversy arising from the use of the service shall be submitted to the competent federal courts in Mexico, in accordance with the general domicile of the site owner, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights recognized by the consumer protection or data protection laws of your country of residence.
