Simúlalo is a project of business calculators and simulators for entrepreneurs and SMBs in Latin America, operated by a natural person. We do not have a contact form: the only available channel is email, and that same email is also the only piece of information we ask you for to create an account. If you have questions, suggestions, need to report a problem, or want to exercise any of your rights over your personal data, please write to us and we will respond.

When you write to hola@simulalo.app, you reach the editorial team responsible for the calculators and simulators. The same two people sign off the methodology and the last review of each tool.

Response hours
Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Mexico City time, GMT-6). Outside those hours or on Mexican public holidays, we reply on the next business day.
Operation and jurisdiction
Simúlalo operates from Mexico. Legal, contractual and data protection inquiries are processed under Mexican law (LFPDPPP) and, when applicable, under the GDPR for individuals based in the European Union.
For privacy reasons we do not publish personal phone numbers or physical addresses. The single channel is the email above.
Privacy and personal data
To exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition, Portability, or to withdraw your consent (LFPDPPP Art. 22 and GDPR Art. 15-22), use the same email indicating the right you wish to exercise:

We handle general inquiries within approximately 48 business hours. Formal ARCO rights requests are answered within the 20 business days legal term established by the LFPDPPP. For bug reports on a calculator or simulator, please include the data you entered and the result you expected so we can reproduce the issue.
